Paul “Pollock” Clavet, 74, of Hamburg, died Sunday, September 30, 2018. Mr. Clavet was a native of Lewiston, Maine; a resident of Hamburg for the past 12 years and a former resident of McGehee for many years. Mr. Clavet was an eight year veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam Era.

He was a carpenter; had a passion for auto racing, enjoyed playing horseshoes and loved the fellowship he had with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lucien and Stephanie Bouchard Clavet; two brothers, Romeo Clavet and Roland Clavet and two sisters, Louise Woodard and Muriel “Lulu” Bouchard. He is survived by the love of his life and the mother of his children, Debra Clavet of Hamburg; his children, Buddy Clavet and wife, Angie, of Hamburg and Kelly Clavet of Jonesboro; his brothers, Lou Clavet and Chuck Clavet both of Lewiston, Maine; five grandchildren, Garrett Clavet and wife, Cheyenne, Shannon Brennon, Bailey McDougald, Mallory Clavet and Jaci Brooke Clavet; a great-grandson, Barrett Clavet and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
