Paul’s Obituary Paul R. Chapman, 76, of Proctorville, Ohio, born December 5, 1942 in Huntington, WV, formerly of Bridgeton, NJ, departed this world on January 8, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond Chapman and Dorothy Chapman-Napier; and his sister, Mary Fay Chapman. He is survived by his loving family; wife of 59 years, Carolyn Carter Chapman; two sons, Richard and Carl; a daughter, Robin Espinet; two grandchildren, Caige and Caitlyn; two great-grandchildren, Caiden, and Hailey; and a brother Joe.

After 20 years, Paul retired from Owens Illinois Glass Company of Bridgeton, NJ. He continued his hard-working ethics by owning/operating a whole sale plant nursery for 30 years before moving to Proctorville, Ohio. Paul was a U.S. Army veteran.

Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday January 14, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Monday January 14, 2019.
