Obituary for Paul R. Felts Paul R. Felts, 77, passed away on November 23, 2018 at his home in Fort Worth, Texas. Visitation: 2 to 4 pm Sunday at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller. Graveside: 11:00 am Monday in Mt.

Olivet Cemetery. Paul was born on January 23, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri to Allan and Reba Felts. Upon graduating from Valley High School in Caledonia, Missouri he enlisted in the United States Air Force.

Paul proudly served his country for over 20 years before retiring with a Bronze Star. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and he will be dearly missed. Survivors: Paul is survived by his wife of 56 years, Shirley A. Felts; daughter, Becky Cole and husband Richard, and their children, Jennifer, Hayden, and Dalton; daughter, Linda Giebler and husband David, and their children, Ryan and Connor; brother, David Felts and wife Janet; and a host of loving family and friends.
