Survivors: Daughters, Hope (Raymond) McMurray, April Pizana; grandchildren, Anthony Pizana, Alisa (Luis) Toledo, Ray (Erin) McMurray, Stephanie (Rudy) Perez, Richard (Ashley) McMurray; siblings, Joe Perez, Paul (Senaida) Perez, Emilio (Frances) Perez, Yolanda (Robert) Almendarez; and nine great-grandchildren.
