OBITUARY Pearl James “P.J.” Haynes Sr. January 15, 1933 – July 22, 2018 Pearl James “P.J.” Haynes, Sr., 85, Navy veteran, passed away July 22, 2018. He was born on January 15, 1933 in Putnam County, MO to Pearl Sr. and Fern Haynes, they preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his three sisters.

P.J. is survived by his wife of 66 years, Kay Haynes; daughter, Catherine Melcher (Michael); son, Pearl Haynes James, Jr. (Melinda); three grandsons, and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Mon. , July 30, 2018 at Resthaven Mortuary.

FAMILY Kay Haynes, Wife Pearl James Haynes Jr., Son Melinda Haynes, Daughter-in-law Catherine Melcher, Daughter Michael Melcher, Son-in-law Pearl James Haynes Sr., Father Fern Haynes, Mother Mr. Haynes also leaves behind three grandsons and seven great-grandchildren to cherish his memory.
