Peggy’s Obituary Peggy Deese Oxendine, age 54, of Fairmont, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 1:00PM-3:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 3:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont.

Burial will follow in McDonald Church Cemetery, Hwy. 130 Fairmont. Peggy was born July 2, 1964 in Meck County, N.C.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Deese and Elizabeth “Lib” Hunt Deese; her husband, Ronnie Oxendine; a son, Jeremy Deal; twin granddaughters, Selina and Marlena Oxendine She is survived by a son, Adron Deal and wife Beth of Maxton; a daughter, Towanna Oxendine of the home; one brother, Charles “Chuckie” Deese of Fairmont; three sisters, Debbie Deese, Charlene Joseph, and Anna Deese all of Fairmont; four grandchildren, Ariana Oxendine, Aiden Deal, Jeremy Deal, and Jacob Oxendine; a special friend, Virginia Dial and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
