Peggy Ferguson Musgrave, 80, departed from her earthly home to her forever home in heaven on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Catawba Regional Medical Center, Hickory, NC. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019 at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., Clover, SC with Tom Nussbaum, Ken Pinney and Wanda Skillbred officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 2:00 Saturday at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, Clover, SC.

Interment will be in Woodside Cemetery. Mrs. Musgrave was born December 7, 1938 in Sharon, SC to the late Woodrow Campbell and Ora Latham Ferguson. She began her adult life doing mission work for God and for 30 years, she witnessed and preached both in the U.S. and the island of Martinique.

After retirement, she married Earlie Musgrave and they enjoyed many happy years together. She will be missed by the many people who loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband Earlie Musgrave and brother Ronnie Ferguson.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother Jimmy Ferguson of Granite Falls, NC; sisters Shirley Smith (Joe) of Albemarle, NC, Betty F. Griggs (Don) of Clover, SC, Janet F. Goble (Dale) of Claremont, NC; sister-in-law Debbie Ferguson; many nieces, nephews and friends whom Peggy loved dearly and was loved by them. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 4600 Park Road, Suite 250, Charlotte, NC 28209 (alz.org/northcarolina).
