Peggy June Wilkins, 74, of Calvert City died on Friday, August 31, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Wilkins was a retired tow boat cook and member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Rita Neeble of Calvert City and Lora Hardman of Melber; two sons, William “Woody” Wilkins of Petersburg, IN and Charles Ray Woods of Eddyville; one sister, Rudean Willhelm of Reidland; two brothers, William Donald Gordon of Boaz and Billy Ray Gordon of Oakland City, IN; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin “Bob” Wilkins; one son, Johnny Wayne Dotson; three brothers; and one sister. Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Revs.

Larry Davidson and Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah. Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Wednesday at the funeral home.
