OBITUARY Peggy Louise Childers December 4, 1954 – December 19, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Sikeston – Peggy Louise Childers, age 64, passed away on December 19, 2018 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born December 4, 1954 in Poplar Bluff, MO. to the late Clem and Peggy Morath Bader.

She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sikeston, MO. and a member of the Daughters of Isabella. She retired from Unilever Ice Cream Plant in Sikeston, MO.

in 2018 after twenty four years of service. Peggy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, her grandchildren were her world. She was an excellent cook and loved to cook for her family and friends.

On December 14, 1974, in Glennonville, MO. she married Bob Childers, who survives of the home in Sikeston, MO. Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Barbara Childers of Sikeston, MO.

; three grandchildren, Gavin, Dylan and Nicholas Childers and one great-grandson, John Ellis Childers all of Sikeston, MO. ; three brothers, David Bader of Houston, TX. , Jimmy Bader and Leo Bader both of Poplar Bluff, MO.

; four sisters, Debra Taylor of Poplar Bluff, MO. , Rose Wright of Qulin, MO. , Sharon Triplett of Dexter, MO.

and Angie Bader of Poplar Bluff, MO. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary service at 7:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sikeston, MO.

, Father David Dohogne, officiating. Burial will follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO. Pallbearers will be Chris Stewart, Jimmy Bader, David Bader, Leo Bader, Gavin Childers and Dylan Childers.
