Perry L. “Mickey” McMillen, 82 of Altoona, died Saturday March 16, 2019 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born November 29, 1936 in Renovo, PA. son of the late Elmer and Daisy (Mason) McMillen.

He married Annette Ruane on December 26, 1962 in Buffalo, NY. Surviving are wife- Annette, 3 sons- Keith, Michael, and Scott McMillen, 7 grandchildren- Hannah, Connor, Jenna, Allison, Bryan, Katie, Tara and a Great Granddaughter- Alice. Mickey is also survived by 1 sister- Beverly Burney and a brother- Terry.

Mickey was preceded in death by 2 sisters- Dawn and Patty and by a brother Joseph. He retired in 1993 from Conrail as an Engineer, attended the Scotland School for Veterans Children in Chambersburg, PA and served in the U.S. Navy for 8 years. He was an avid Buffalo Bills Fan and Fisherman, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Mickey was a life member of the Moose Lodge in Renovo, he also coached little league baseball and youth football. Friends will be received form 11a.m. until the 1p.m. service of remembrance on Wednesday March 20, 2019 at The Good Funeral Home Inc. Interment will follow at Alto Reste Park Cemetery.
