Mr. Pete Cleveland Singleton May 17, 1926 – March 07, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| View Guestbook Entries Mr. Pete Cleveland Singleton, age 92 of Woodmont Drive in Brewton, passed away Thursday evening March 7, 2019 in a Pensacola hospice facility, after a brief illness. Mr. Singleton was a native and life-long resident of Brewton, and was employed by T.R. Miller Mill Co., and the City of Brewton during his working years. He was of the Holiness faith and had attended Oak Grove Holiness Church and Edendale Holiness Church.

He is survived by his wife of 73 1/2 years, Hazel Wilson Singleton of Brewton; sons; Mason (Sheila) Singleton of Bradley, Billy Ray (Karen) Singleton of East Brewton; daughter; Marie (Tim) Scroggins of Brewton; sister; Dorothy Jernigan of Mobile; 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Mace and Cora Cook Singleton; daughter, Patricia Ann Singleton; sisters; Beatrice “Bea” Hawkins, Flora Coleman; & Alice Moore; brother; Marvin Singleton . Funeral services for Mr. Pete Cleveland Singleton are scheduled for Sunday March 10, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home Inc. with Brother David K. Baggett officiating.

Interment will follow at Weaver Cemetery on the Appleton Road in Brewton with CRAVER’S FUNERAL HOME INC. OF BREWTON DIRECTING. Visitation will be held Saturday evening March 9, 2019 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Craver’s Funeral Home Inc. Pallbearers: Joshua Singleton, Gregory Singleton, Kevin Singleton, Jason Scroggins, Chris ton, Shane Singleton.
