Motsay age 83, of Hubbard passed away on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. Philip was born February 12, 1935 in Carbondale, PA. a son of Phillip & Margaret Lofink Motsay.

He worked in the office at Republic Steel and later was a line worker for General Motors for 30 years retiring in 1996. Philip watched EWTN (Eternal Word Television Network) which is a global Catholic television that provides Catholic programming from around the world. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Philip will be sadly missed by his family; his wife the former Mary Lou DeProfio whom he married February 28, 1959, his son Philip (Millie) Motsay Jr. of Austin, Texas, and his daughter Pamela (William) Raynor of Jamestown, Ohio, and two grandsons, Patrick (Brittany) Raynor, Zachory Raynor and four great-grandchildren Ellie, Kayla, Nathan, and Miranda. His parents preceded him in death. There are no calling hours or services.
