Phillip’s Obituary Phillip Allen Yeager, 63, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019 at his home. The son of the late Wilbur and Rella Yeager he was born September 10, 1955, in Morgantown. Phil graduated from Morgantown High School and was a carpenter by trade.

He retired from West Virginia University as a trade specialist. Phil loved fishing and hunting and cheering on the Mountaineers. Phil is survived by his wife, Marchelle (Marty) Lewis Yeager; a brother, Michael Yeager; a nephew, Colton Yeager; a step son and his wife, Dale and Mandy Lewis; three grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Cheryl Yeager Kisner. The Yeager family would like to give a special thank you, to the staff of WV Caring for the care and compassion given to Phil. Honoring Phil’s wishes cremation services were provided by Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home.
