Toms, 59, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his residence. He was born on June 6, 1959 to Robert and Martha (Scuffham) Toms in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Tremper High School in 1978.

Phillip entered the US Navy and was honorably discharged. On November 7, 2003 he married Barb Bonofiglio in Salisbury, NC. She preceded him in death on November 26, 2018 Phillip enjoyed shooting pool with his wife on leagues in North Carolina, working on cars, beaded magnets, puzzles and word search books.

Phillip is survived by his mother Martha Mulnix of Burlington, his daughters Victoria (Woody) Neal of Kenosha, Crystal Toms of NC and Erica L. (Jimmy Murray) Bonofiglio of Kenosha, his grandchildren Edward Toms and Liane Nickel, his siblings Janie Lockhart, Robert Toms and Deb Ambrosini, his stepmother Karen Toms and his dogs Snickers, Bandit and Bella. He is preceded in death by his father and sister Barb Mason. A Celebration of Life for Phillip will be held on Saturday, March 16th at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) with Full Military Honors to follow at the Bruch Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials would be appreciated to the family.
