Phyllis A. (Rhine) Livingston, age 67 of Lockbourne, OH passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at home. Phyllis was born on May 8, 1951 to the late Mary Rhine in Lebanon, PA. Phyllis was a graduate of Cedar Crest High School in Lebanon, PA.

Phyllis was a loving homemaker who loved her family, her dogs, John Lennon and the Beatles and the color purple. Along with her mother Mary Rhine, Phyllis was also preceded in death by her husband of 42 years James Livingston in October 2017. Phyllis is survived by daughters Jennifer O’Connor of Georgia and Cassandra (Craig) Forrest of Columbus; grandchildren Nicole, Zachary, Jesse and Victoria; The Livingston Family of Lockbourne/Ashville area and The Rhine Family of Annville, PA.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103 with Pastor Matt Cox officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Pickaway Co. Dog Shelter, 21253 Ringgold Southern Rd. Circleville, OH 43113.
