Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, Hilda Mae and Herbert Charles Williams; her husband of 67 years, William Orcutt; infant son, Blaine; grandson, Kyle Orcutt; sisters, Shirley Williams, Wanda Bergon, Donna Brush. She is survived by children, Billie (John) Fryar; Mark Stephen Orcutt and Gay (Tom) Cole; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; brothers Hugh (Jan) Williams; sister, Sharon Fazzone; other relatives and friends.
