Quinn LaVonne O’Neal was born on July 3rd, 1967 to Shirley and Richard A. O’Neal, in Chicago, Illinois. She was the 1st child from this union, but the 6th overall for Shirley O’Neal. Quinn LaVonne O’Neal peacefully transitioned on Friday, October 19th, 2018, to be with her Heavenly Father.

She leaves to mourn and cherish her “Mighty”, precious memories: her children Angel, Stephen, Richard #1, Richard #2, Shawntrice, and Aaron; five grandchildren: Sincere, Elyza, Amara, Cayenne and Syrenita; her mother Shirley O’Neal; sisters Sharon, Crystal and Dorian; brothers Charles (Hazella), Maurice and Pilar (Charisse); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
