Obituary Saltville, VA Rachel “Poochie” Doane Kestner, age 82, passed away Tuesday February 19, 2019 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA. She was of the Penecostal faith. Rachel was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Mabel Doane; husband Curtis Kestner; sister, Mildred Olinger; brothers, Billy Joe, Bobby and Donald Doane; daughter-in-law Debbie Terry Kestner.
