Randy Oneal Vandiver, age 60, passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday, December 24, 2018. Visitation will be Thursday, December 27th at Colbert Memorial Chapel from 12p. m until 2p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2p.

m in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Truman Sutton will officiate the service.

Randy graduated from Colbert Heights High School in the class of 1976. He was a member of the Cowboy Church of Colbert County. Preceding him in death was his father, Delmar Oneal Vandiver; and brother, Greg Vandiver.

Survivors include his wife, Michelle Kimbrough Vandiver; mother, Lucille Vandiver; son, Preston Oneal Vandiver; sister, Kathy Dianne “Sissy” Vandiver Benson (Joe); and special companion, “Sweetie”, who he called his special baby. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
