OBITUARY RAY O. HALL March 23, 1932 – October 30, 2018 Ray Orvial Hall was born March 23, 1932 in Franklin, Texas to Clinton J Hall and Tillie Neiman Hall. Ray graduated from Bremond High School in 1950 and then served his country in the United States Army from 1951-1955 and was stationed in Germany. He married Bobbie Ginn Hall in Houston, Texas, 1956.

Ray retired from Maxwell House after 25 years of dedicated service. After retirement they moved to Nacogdoches and help establish family acres along with his brothers and sisters. He was a member of Westside Baptist Church and a former member of First Baptist.

Ray was a loving, devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed cruising, joking and playing pranks. He had a loving caring heart and always wanted his family taken care of.

Ray is preceded in death by his parents; son, Raymond Hall; son-in-law, Percy Navarre; great-granddaughter, McKinley Ray Hall; brothers, James Hall and wife Wanda, Johnnie Hall and wife Royleen; sisters, Ruby Carwile and husband Fred, Ruthie Mae Butler. Survivors include: loving wife of 62 years, Bobbie Hall; daughters, Pam Navarre, Tammy Axtell and husband Bruce; son, Alan Hall and wife Diana; sisters, Bertha Jones, Cathy Bryan and Mary Hall; grandchildren, Rhonda Cole and husband Alvin, Thea Navarre, Tiffany Copeland and husband Luke, David “Bubba” Collins and wife Laurel, Christina Williams and husband Wes, Vicki Scott, Olivia Hall, Christina Kirk and husband Michael, Shawn Hall, Josh Hall, Felicia Wood and husband Chris, Ray Hall; 16 great-grandchildren; numerous loving nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to thank Hospice of East Texas for all their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held, 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Friday, November 2, 2018, at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held, 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 3, 2018, Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
