OBITUARY Ray Osbon May 15, 1930 – December 27, 2018 Darvin Ray Osbon, age 88, of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Thursday December 27, 2018. He was born May 15, 1930 in Darnell, Louisiana to Thomas Jefferson Osbon and Mary Bernice Payne Osbon. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Doris Manning Osbon; daughter, Sheryl Osbon Lemons; sons, Lane Osbon (Liz) and John Osbon (Gina); grandchildren, Christie Johnson, Ryan Osbon, Kyle Osbon, Tiffany Wyne, and Jessica Lyman; great-grandchildren, Madison Hunter, Sierra Osbon, Alaina Osbon, Kade Osbon, Zoe Johnson, Brayden Lyman, Kayleigh Lyman, and Addyson Lyman; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and five siblings. A visitation for Ray will be held Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108. A celebration of life will occur Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM with a burial to follow the services.

Serving, as pallbearers are Tony Osbon, Ryan Osbon, Kyle Osbon, Cliff Osbon, Mark Barton and Jeffrey Barton. The family would like to thank Lifepath Hospice for the care shown to Mr. Osbon. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.
