Obituary for Ray W. Chambers Ray W. Chambers, age 58, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at OSU East Hospital. Ray was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 2, 1959 to Marion and Ruth (Coffman) Chambers. He graduated from Franklin University and owned Level One Handyman Services.

Ray could fix just about anything. He enjoyed boating at Buckeye Lake, reading, playing the guitar and motorcycles. Ray was a lover of food which included crab legs and margaritas.

Preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Ruth Chambers; sisters, Susan and Nancy Chambers; and brother, Doug Chambers. Survived by his daughter, Katie Rae Chambers; sister-in-law, Shirley Chambers; niece, Marie (Steve) Rudolph; nephew, Matt (Crystal) Chambers; many great nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 4-7 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43204 with cremation to follow.
