Obituary for Margaret E. Boddeker Margaret E. Boddeker, 79, of Columbus passed away on October 8, 2018 after a long battle with breast cancer. Born on November 8, 1938 to Thurman and Mildred (Wentzel) Eggleston. Margaret graduated from St. Mary’s High School and attended courses at OSU.

Employed with the State of Ohio for 29 years. Preceded in death by her sister, Jeanette Kelley. Lovingly survived by her daughter, Vicki (Terri O’Connor) Boddeker; son, Tyler (Andrea) Boddeker; granddaughters, Ryley and Emma; sister, Ann Gallaer; brother, Glen Eggleston of Florida; long-time companion, Larry Mead and nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Friday October 12th from 1-2 p.m. at the Sunset Cemetery Mausoleum 6959 W. Broad St. Galloway, Oh 43119. In lieu of flowers please consider making a charitable contribution in her name to the Stefanie Spielman Fund 660 Ackerman Rd, 6th Floor P.O. Box 183112 Columbus, Oh 43218. Please also consider wearing pink in support of breast cancer awareness.
