Obituary for Jack Phillip McDowell Jack Phillip McDowell, age 81, passed away on October 15, 2018 in his sleep at his home in Dublin, Ohio. Preceded in death by his parents, Irene and Jack McDowell; and his brother Stephen. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Pam; daughter, Pam (Bob); step-daughter, Karen (David) Santisi; and his grandchildren Sara and David.

Jack was a 1955 graduate of North High School in Columbus, Ohio and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He retired from the Yellow Pages in 1993 and held rental properties in Upper Arlington. Jack was a boating enthusiast in both Naples, Florida and on Lake Erie and an avid tennis player.

A Memorial Service will be held at La Scala Restaurant (4199 W Dublin-Granville Rd. Dublin, OH 43017) on Sunday, October 21, at 2:00 pm where a rendering of military honors will be performed. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Jack Phillip McDowell please visit our Sympathy Store.
