Welch, Raymond Jr. “Bubba”, 41, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2019. Raymond was a concrete worker and was a Christian by faith. He is survived by his daughter, Bethany Welch; his parents, Raymond Sr. and Judy Welch; five sisters, Tammy Cousins (David), Marcia Bryan (Frankie), Jennifer Alrousan (Mohammad), Carrie Terry (John), and Brennan Lasley; a brother, Jeffrey Nicholas (Christian) and his girlfriend, Christian Keith.
