Raymond Edward Moore, Sr. Sarepta, LA Funeral services for Mr. Raymond Edward Moore, Sr., age 82, are tentatively scheduled for 10:00 am Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Springhill, LA. Mr. Moore was born on December 2, 1936 to John William and Hesther Harris Moore in Pocahontas, AR and passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019 in Shreveport, LA. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict and retired as a corrections officer for the state of Louisiana.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding horses. He is survived by his wife, Linda Marie Moore of Sarepta, LA; two sons, Raymond Moore, Jr. and wife, Lisa of Sarepta, LA; Raymond Roberts and wife, Jennifer of Calhoun, LA; two daughters, Ramona Aguilar and husband, Julio of Plain Dealing, LA; Patricia K. Sanders and husband, Trey of Baton Rouge, LA; twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth Brewer of West Plains, MO. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ralph Moore.
