Raymond Godfrey Sebastian August 06, 1932 – February 24, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Raymond Godfrey Sebastian, Sr. was born on August 6, 1932 to the late Rodney and Gladys Sebastian in Belize City, Belize. He was educated in the Belize school system. He joined The Belize Police Services.

When he talked about that time of his life, he always had a big smile on his face. He was very proud to have served. He later migrated to New York and graduated from Saint Francis University, located in Brooklyn, New York.

He worked for the State of New York as a tax accountant. Raymond lived for fifteen years in Resorts Nursing Home. He was very excited when he was voted vice president as Resident Council, and spent the last three years as president.

He was known as Mr. President. He knew and fought for his rights, and made sure that the other residents knew their rights. He enjoyed reading.

His favorite author was James Patterson. Raymond leaves to cherish his memories: one brother, three sons, one daughter, one grandson, and other relatives and friends.
