Raymond S. Blehovde, age 73, of Appleton, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 17, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Ray was born on June 7, 1945 to the late Jonas and Dorothy (Knudson) Blehovde. He graduated with the class of 1963 at Appleton West High School.

Following high school, Ray proudly served his country in the U. S. Air Force. He then went to work at the Outagamie County Health Center, and eventually K-Mart, where he worked for 40 years. Ray enjoyed dancing, socializing, and was always happy to meet new friends.

Ray is survived by his sister-in-law, Linda (nee Guyette) Blehovde, Oconomowoc; his nieces: Connie, Jodi, and Vicki; nephews: Kurt, Randy, Todd, and David; and many great nieces and nephews. He is further survived by his close friends Dennis and Dora Maciejewski and Todd Laehn. Ray was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Carl.

A celebration of Ray’s life will take place at a later date.
