Raymond “Scott” King, 60, of Anderson, passed away on May 3, 2019 at St. Vincent’s Anderson Regional Hospital Anderson, IN. He was born on June 29, 1958 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Raymond and Opal King. Scott graduated from Anderson High School in 1976 and went right to work at Barber Manufacturing and retired in 2016 after 33 years of service.

He was an avid golfer and loved playing his guitar and music. Scott could be found camping at Yogi Bear camp ground. He was a loving husband and a wonderful father and grandfather.

Scott is survived by his loving wife, Carol King, children, Shannon (Amanda) Maddox, Christopher (Brandie) Maddox, Melanie Greer, Roxie (Kirk) Bartlett, 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, brother, Joe Manis, along with several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Opal King. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2019, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St. Anderson, IN.

Services will be Wednesday, May 8, 2019, 7:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Gary Klinger officiating. www.
