Obituary of Rebecca Reinecke Rebecca A. Reinecke, 62, of 300 Broadhead Avenue, died Thursday November 29, 2018, in UPMC Hamot, Erie, PA. A lifelong Jamestown resident, she was born July 22, 1956, the daughter of Autumn Mae Strang Swanson and the late Roy V. Swanson. She was a 1974 graduate of Jamestown High School.

She loved gathering with her family, especially on Christmas and St. Patrick’s Day, when she cooked an Irish meal, Her daughters will be missing her especially at Christmas time. Surviving besides her mother of Jamestown is her husband Michael Reinecke, whom she married June 7, 1980; two daughters Melissa (Jeff) Ramsey of Frewsburg and Michelle Reinecke of Jamestown; a granddaughter Veronica Jean Ramsey of Frewsburg; a brother Phillip Swanson of Jamestown and three cats including a 16 year old named Tiger whom she loved very dearly. She was preceded in death by her father.

In keeping with Becky’s wishes no funeral service or visitation will be observed. Memorials may be made to Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701. You may leave words of condolence at www.
