OBITUARY Regina Mary Campbell Burns August 15, 1942 – December 10, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Regina Mary Campbell Burns passed away on December 10, 2018 at her home in Apex, NC. Regina was born August 15, 1942 in Abington, PA to the late John and Mary Campbell. She was a tax administrator with Golden Corral and also volunteered for Hospice.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Burns; brothers, Bob Campbell and Danny Campbell; and her brother in law, Jim McCluskey. Regina will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Christine Burns Phillips (Gary) and Diane Burns Hash; brother, Jack Campbell (Paulette); sister, Ruth McCluskey; sister in law, Carol Campbell; friend, Vaughnda Scott; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A service will be held at Apex Funeral Home on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM.

The family will receive friends and guests prior to the service at Apex Funeral Home from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Transitions Hospice.
