Born in Beaumont, Texas, on November 21, 1971, he was the son of Edward Kent Osborne. Reggie was a very talented musician, who could play all kinds of instruments, including the piano, guitar, bass, and fiddle.

He was a great father who had an immense love for his children. Reggie was a good man, who would take the shirt off his back for anyone, and was greatly loved by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents; and Uncle Ernie Osborne.

He is survived by his children, Joshua and Jada Osborne of Vidor; mother of his children, Cynthia Marie Osborne; mother-in-law, Alice Leavings; siblings, Michael Osborne and wife Charlotte of Lumberton, and Billy Raley and wife Callie of Conroe; Uncle Vince and Julie Osborne, Aunt Celia and cousin Barron Klima, and Aunt Brenda. .
