He was born in Manila, Philippines on November 19, 1935 to the late Regino Flores, Sr. and Asunsion Cristobal Flores. Survivors include his loving wife Sylvia Flores, daughters Chelo Coligado and Jennifer Negley, sons, Cyrus Flores and Charlton Flores.

Funeral rites will be conducted during the evening of Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Scarborough & Hargett Celebration of Life Center, Inc. The service will take place at 6:00 p.m. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
