Rev. Dale Rickman September 28, 1931 – March 05, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Dale Rickman, son of the late Wayne Rickman and Lula (Mabry) Rickman was born September 28, 1931 in Beech Corner, Missouri west of Senath and departed this life on March 5, 2019 at the age of 87 years, 5 months and 5 days at the Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett, Missouri. He is survived by his wife: Joyce Lantrip Rickman of Kennett, Missouri Two sons: Richard Rickman and wife Linda of Holcomb, Missouri Kenny Rickman and wife Cindy of Kennett, Missouri Step-children: Danny Lantrip and wife Donna of Arlington, Tennessee Eva Lantrip of Hernando, Mississippi Five grandchildren and three step-grandchildren Six great-grandchildren and six step great-grandchildren Brother-in-law: Donald Kitchens Three sisters-in-law: Debbie Kirby and husband Barry Kathleen Rickman Sue Rickman And many, many nieces, nephew and other relatives and friends Dale was preceded in death by his first wife Lola (Kitchens) Rickman, his daughter: Jo Beth Rickman, his three sisters: Edna Harvey, Katie Owens and Zelda Smith and his seven brothers: Earl, Doyle, Ralph, Joe, Ronald, Warren and Eddie Rickman.

Dale loved the churches of the Black River Baptist Association and was a member at Third Street Baptist Church in Kennett at the time of his death. Dale served his country in the United States Navy. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, March 8, 2019 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Missouri. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend Doug Clinton, Reverend Johnny Bogle, Reverend Kevin Murray and Bob Holder officiating.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be son’s of Dale’s brothers and sisters: Joe McLain, Stewart McLain, Mickey Owens, Joe Smith, Ron Rickman, Keith Rickman, Steve Rickman, Kevin Rickman, Kurt Rickman, Khris Rickman, Jeff Rickman and Tyler Rhodes. Memorials may be made to St.Jude’s Children Hospital or the church of your choice. McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
