OBITUARY Rev. Jerry L Andrews July 29, 1948 – December 18, 2018 Reverend Jerry L. Andrews, age 70 of Ash, NC passed away on Tuesday the eighteenth of December 2018 in the SECU Lower Cape Fear Hospice Care Center, Bolivia, NC. Jerry was born in Columbus County, NC on the twenty ninth of July 1948 to the late Worth and Daisy Andrews.

In addition to his parents Jerry was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Andrews; sons-in-law, Mark Kissell and Kevin Andrew Smith Jerry was a devout Christian and loved the Lord with his entire being. He was a longtime member of Holy Light Holiness Church now known as Full Life Fellowship Church in Ash, NC. Jerry served the Lord as Deacon and later as pastor there and was known for preaching the message with fire and conviction.

His hobbies were watching NASCAR racing and NFL Football and his favorite team, The Denver Broncos. He was also a retired heavy equipment operator from the NC Department of Transportation. Survivors include his loving wife of almost fifty years, Judy Hewett Andrews a relationship he was especially proud to talk about.

Also surviving are a daughter, Lee Ina Smith of Ash, NC; two sons, Joseph Andrews of Ash, Kelly Andrews and wife Jan of Holden Beach, NC; grandchildren, Amanda Varnam, Deanna Hankins, Kayla Andrews, Colton Andrews, Elijah Andrews, Alston Andrews; great-grandchildren, Lilly Anna Hankins, Adaline Holzenkamp; two very special family members, brother-in-law, Wiley Hewett and Sister-in-law, Nora Milliken and special friends, Philip Johnson and Ronnie Gore. The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to Sara Evans, Betty Gore and the entire Lower Cape Fear Hospice team Funeral services will be conducted at one o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday the twenty second of December 2018 in the Full Life Fellowship Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
