Reverend Randolph Franklin Kelley, a resident of Ozark, died Wednesday evening, October 24, 2018, at his home. He was eighty-four years old. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Friday, October 26, 2018, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Reverend Donald Moore officiating.

Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Friday from 12:30 P.M. until service time. Mr. Kelley was born April 15, 1934, in Ozark, Alabama; one of ten children of the late William Franklin Kelley and Mittie Hagler Kelley.

He spent most of his life working as an electrician and loved Alabama football and doing lawn work. He served as the pastor of Rocky Mount Baptist Church in Ozark for the past 8 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Hazel Kelley; two brothers, Dwight Kelley and Ray Kelley; four sisters, Erwin Strickland, Emily Ward, Edith Martin, and Eva Robinson.

Survivors include two sons, Randy (Tina) Kelley and Ricky (Kathy) Kelley, both of Ozark; eight grandchildren, Joseph Kelley, Joshua (Andrea) Kelley, Lisa (Rick) Walz, Katrina (Cliff) Haynes, all of Ozark, Stacy (David) Pierce of Atlanta, Georgia, Travis (Felicia) Meeks of Troy, Shannon (Brian) Coates of Ozark, Heath (Kimberly) Meeks of Seattle, Washington; several great grandchildren; and three brothers, Roy (Mary) Kelley of Phenix City, Raymond (Patsy) Kelley of Ozark, Reynolds (CJ) Kelley of Thomasville, Georgia. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Rocky Mount Baptist Church, 583 East County Road 36, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
