Rex Allen Rollins age 54, of Dallas, GA, passed away Friday, May 17, 2019. He was born on July 27, 1964 in Atlanta, GA to Mary Ruth Guise and the late Eugene Rollins. He was a loving husband and proud father.

He loved his church and would build floats for the Fall Festival and Christmas Parade. Rex never met a stranger and was ready to help anyone in need. He had a loving and giving heart and a huge soul.

Mr. Rollins worked in construction for 35 years. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Rollins; son, Adam Rollins of Dallas, GA; his mother Mary Ruth Guise; brother, Ricky Rollins; sister, Judy Nash; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Tony and Shirley Wills; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tim and Donna England and Adam and Kathy Fuller; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The funeral Service and interment will be held at Bethany Christian Church in Dallas, GA on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Wayne Strickland officiating.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mr. Rollins memory to Bethany Christian Church, 3264 Villa Rica Hwy, Dallas, GA 30157.
