Richard Allen Wright, 85, of North Vandergrift passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018. He was born on August 14, 1933 and the son of the late Julius (Willa Mae Matthews) Wright. Richard was a graduate of Vandergrift High School and retired from Wean United and Engineering Company.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Elks Club, and I.B.O.E. Richard enjoyed watching baseball and spent many years playing baseball while growing up.
