Florence – Richard D. Carl, 77, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 4, 2018. He was born on January 3, 1941 to the late, Joseph Carl and Ellen Schultheis Carl. He is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Croy Carl and his brother, John Carl.

Left to mourn his passing are his children, Tamara Price (Dale), Todd Carl (Connie), and Tiffany Fyffe (Jason); step-children, Randy Haggard (Lee Ann) and Shelley McQuillen (Jim); his sister, Mary Jo Winkler and brother, David Carl. He served his country in the United States Army. Later, he retired from the U.S. Postal Service and Sears. Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. Highway 42, Florence, Kentucky 41042, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, Kentucky.
