Obituary for Richard F. Orr III Richard F. Orr, III, “Big Rick”, age 60 of Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. Passed away on November 14, 2018 in Lehighton, PA. Richard was a former employee of the Philadelphia Harbor in the Customs department of which he retired in 1992.

He was an avid hunter and a member of the NRA. Richard had a kind heart and was loved by many. Even though he lived in the Jim Thorpe area he still made many trips back here to the Philadelphia area to visit family and friends.

He is the beloved son of Alicia (nee Barrett) Fiocca and the late Richard Orr; loving husband of 33 years to Maureen (nee Lord); devoted father of Edward (Chrissy) McNasby of Allentown, NJ, Richard Orr of Port Richey, Fl. , John P. Orr of Jim Thorpe, PA, Janice A. Kuzan of Jim Thorpe, PA, Erica C. Orr of Philadelphia, PA, and Pilar M. Orr of Jim Thorpe, PA; dearest brother of Anthony (Joan) Orr, Shawn Fiocca, Jimmy (Amy) Fiocca, Bobby (Kathy) Fiocca, Lisa Fiocca and sister-in-law, Maureen (late George) Fiocca all of Philadelphia, PA. He will also be sadly missed by his 15 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his Funeral Mass, Saturday 1, 2018 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 3rd & Wolf Sts. Phila.
