OBITUARY Richard J Whisler February 12, 1947 – January 19, 2019 Richard J. Whisler, 71, passed away on January 19, 2019. Richard was self-employed doing construction, but his true passion was working on cars. In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling, doing yard work and gardening.

He is preceded by parents, Richard and Fern Whisler; brother, Charles Whisler; sisters, Vinona Whisler and Betty Albert. Richard is survived by wife of 46 years, Gloria Whisler; sons, Chris (Theresa) Scholl and Ryan Whisler; brother, Gerald Whisler; sister, Patricia Petzel and grandson, Cole Bryan and his mother, Lindsay Bryan. Visitation will be Friday, January 25, 2019 from 5-7 pm.

Funeral service is Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 1:00 pm, both at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
