He was predeceased by his father Richard James Birch Sr. Surviving is his wife Dorita Birch, daughter, Natasha Birch of Long Branch, mother, Betty Lou Birch Clark and her husband Little Deer of Long Branch, sister, Cynthia Tyler and her husband Kelvin of Long Branch ,nieces and nephews Jesenia Rivera, Jonathan Rivera and Nick Rivera, all of Long Branch.
