MSGT Richard K. Davis passed away peacefully on May 16, 2019 after a long bout with cancer. He was born in Frankfurt, Germany on September 3, 1956 where his father and family were stationed in the Air Force. Richard retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service.

Rick was very outgoing and loved people and enjoyed having friends and family over to the house. He loved grilling and was just getting used to the country life. The family get togethers and parties will not be the same without him.

He was very proud and fond of his stepchildren and grandchildren. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Lt. Col.

Walter K. Davis. Survivors include his 96-year-old mother, Marjorie; Loving wife, Evon Davis; stepson, Derek Boan; stepdaughter, Deana (Wade) Baggett; Brothers-in-law, Larry, Dennis (Bonnie), and Dale (Roxanne) Clary; step-grandchildren, Brody Boan and Brett and Brad Baggett; along with numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a time of Visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow in Heritage Gardens Cemetery.
