Obituary for Richard Phillips Jenkins Richard Phillip Jenkins, 61, of Hamlin, WV died Wednesday September 19, 2018. He was born November 19, 1956 in East Liverpool, OH. , son of Ruth Jenkins Plumley and the late James Jenkins.

He is also survived by his Step father JA Plumley; one brother Ronnie Jenkins; two sisters Susan Harris and Karen (Jeff) Slimp; two sons Cheyenne (Alessandra) Jenkins and Adam Jenkins; step brothers and sisters Guy and Dorothy PLumley, Tina Harless, Danny and Cheryl Kiser; five grandchildren and one step granddaughter. Funeral services will be 11:00am Sunday September 23, 2018 at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV. The burial will be in the Elkins Cemetery, Parsner Rd.
