OBITUARY Richard R. Case April 6, 1927 – September 5, 2018 Richard R. Case, age 91of Gibsonia, originally from the Bronx, NY, passed away on Wednesday, September 05, 2018. He was the beloved husband of sixty-three years to the late Elsie L. (Pfizenmaier) Case; the cherished father of Laurie Ellen Moore (husband John) of Orland Park, Illinois, Rick Chamiec-Case (wife Mary) of Sandy Hook, Connecticut and Karen Figan (husband Carl) of Franklin Park, Pennsylvania; proud Grandpa of Janelle and Jonathan, Linda, Anna and Elizabeth, Julie, Christine and Mark and Great-Grandpa of Alexa Rae; brother of Gloria Larsen and the late Agnes Wallin. He was a humble man and a dedicated, loyal husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Richard was a proud veteran of the United States Army during WWII. He was a member of Gospel Fellowship PCA Church, where he served as an Elder, Treasurer, Sunday School Teacher and Children’s Ministry Volunteer. He was an avid sports fan, especially his NY Yankees.

Family and friends will be received from 5 until 8 PM Friday in the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township, (412-364-4444), where services will be held on Saturday at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Allegheny County Memorial Park.
