Richard C. “RC” Nolander, 80, Two Harbors, died Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Ecumen Scenic Shores. He was born August 30, 1938 to John and Helen (Bender) Nolander in Two Harbors, where he grew up and graduated from high school. After attending UMD, RC was employed by the City of Two Harbors for many years as an accounting clerk and was well known throughout town.

RC enjoyed fishing, hunting, and time spent outdoors. Preceding him in death were his parents, and a sister, Barbara Anderson. RC is survived by his sons, Rick (Carol) of Two Harbors, Curt (Nedra) of Wauseon, OH, and David (Sharon) of Duluth; grandchildren, Aaron (Jen) Nolander, Harper, Caleb and Jacob Nolander, Amanda (Chuck) Heise and Kayla Heinzen; 6 great-grandchildren; and a brother, John Nolander of Florida.

Visitation will be from 10 AM until the 11 AM service on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Cavallin Funeral Home in Two Harbors.
