Richard Smith age 45, of Lake Mary, Fl. , passed away September 18, 2018. Mr. Smith was born April 20, 1973 in Brooklyn, N.Y. the son of Charles and Priscilla (Rivera) Smith.

Richard was a health technician. He was predeceased by two brothers Thomas R. Smith, and Charles L. Smith, Jr. Richard is survived by his wife Damian Smith of 19 years, children Justin J., Sean A., Tyler L., Shya O., and Sophia A. Smith; two brothers Derek (Joanne), Rodney (Kundora) Smith, and one sister Monique A. Smith. The family will received friends Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 6:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM at Gramkow Funeral Home.

A Funeral Mass will be held at All Souls Catholic Church (historic chapel) on Thursday, September 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations to the family for the children’s future tuition at All Souls Catholic School.
