OBITUARY Robert A. “Bob” Rice October 30, 1932 – July 16, 2018 Robert A. “Bob” Rice, Age 85, passed away Monday, July 16, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Frances “Chappie” Rice; sons, Bob (Terri) Rice and Bill Rice; sisters, June Brown and Ann (Jimmy) Carter; brother, Bill Rice. Bob was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

He was a member of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church and was retired from Jones Bros. Construction Company. Visitation with the family from 5 – 7 pm Wednesday evening and 12 – 2 pm Thursday prior to a Celebration of Life Service in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Bro.

Dan Arterburn officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice, Inc. 1718 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203.
