70, of Narragansett, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Doris (Castriotta) DiMeo. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Angelo and Dora (Mangiarelli) DiMeo.

Robert was the owner and operator of Time Plating for over 40 years. Besides his wife Doris, he is survived by his loving children, Dr. Daniel DiMeo and his wife Dr. Laura Myers of Ankeny, Iowa, David DiMeo and his wife Kerry of Poughkeepsie, NY, and Dyana Richmond and her husband Will of Warwick, RI; cherished grandchildren, Eva and Samuel DiMeo, Joseph and Anthony DiMeo, Max and Jake Richmond; dear siblings, C. William DiMeo, Dolores Carroll, Linda Gillooly, Fred DiMeo, Patricia Santurri, and Gary DiMeo. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 11:00 am in St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 864 Point Judith Rd.

, Narragansett. The family will greet guests at the church from 9:30 am – 10:45 am. Burial is private.
