Obituary for Robert Allen Meaux FORT WORTH – Robert Allen (Bob) Meaux, 67, left this earth to be with our Heavenly Father Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Bob was born Dec. 10, 1950, in Lyons Point, Louisiana but made Fort Worth his home many years ago.

He served in the U. S. Marine Corps and was a true Marine through and through for all of his life. Bob’s true passion was music of all kinds and he loved to share it with others. He also had a true gift of helping others and was a very giving and generous person.

He was loved and respected by all that knew him. He was truly a blessing to those around him and will be missed deeply. Survivors: Loving wife, Dianna Meaux; mother, Florence Meaux; brother-in-law, Max Atherton who adored him; stepson, Glenn King and wife, Maggie and stepsons, Travis and Layne; four sisters and their spouses, Cassandra McDuffie and husband, Matt McDuffie, Roxanne Meaux, Carmen Daniels and husband, Hoobie Daniels and Melanie Meaux; and several nieces, nephews and step cousins.
